Privacy policy
1. Who we are
This website, corelix.ai (the “Site”), is operated by Corelix (“Corelix”, “we”, “us”). Corelix is responsible for any personal data processed through the Site. Our contact details are at the end of this policy.
2. Scope
This policy explains what information is processed when you visit the Site or contact us, why, on what legal basis, how long we keep it, and the rights you have. It applies to the Site only. The Corelix platform and the services we provide to customers are governed by the agreements we sign with those customers.
3. Information processed when you visit
We do not collect personal data from visitors to the Site. The Site has no accounts, no forms, no registration and no advertising. The only processing that takes place when you visit is the following:
- Hosting and security (Cloudflare). The Site is served by Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend Street, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA (“Cloudflare”), through Cloudflare Pages. To deliver the pages and to protect the Site against attacks and automated abuse, Cloudflare processes the technical data any web server receives, such as your IP address, browser type, requested page and the time of the request, in server logs that are kept for a short period. Cloudflare acts as our processor under its Data Processing Addendum. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in operating a secure website (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)). We do not use this data to identify visitors.
- Analytics (Cloudflare Web Analytics). We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand overall traffic to the Site. It is cookieless: it stores nothing in your browser, uses no fingerprinting or persistent identifiers, and does not track you across websites. We see only aggregated statistics such as page views, referring sites, browser types, device types and countries. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in understanding how the Site is used (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)). You can block the analytics script with any content blocker without affecting the Site.
- Cookies. The Site sets no cookies for analytics, advertising, tracking or profiling, and uses no tracking pixels or advertising identifiers. The only cookie that can ever be set is a strictly necessary security cookie placed by Cloudflare when it must distinguish a visitor from an automated attack. It contains no personal data, is not used to identify you and expires within 30 minutes. Strictly necessary cookies do not require consent, which is why the Site has no cookie banner.
- Fonts, images and scripts are served from our own domain, with the single exception of the Cloudflare Web Analytics script described above. Loading the Site calls no other third-party service.

4. When you contact us
If you email us, for example at sales@corelix.ai, we receive the information you choose to send, including your name, email address, organization and the content of your message. We use it to respond, to evaluate and follow up on your request, and, where applicable, to prepare and manage an engagement with your organization. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)) and, where relevant, taking steps towards a contract at your request (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)). Providing this information is voluntary; without it we simply cannot respond. The Site and our services are intended for businesses and their professionals and are not directed at children.
5. Retention
Correspondence is kept for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any resulting relationship, and afterwards for as long as required by law or to protect our legal rights. Aggregated analytics contain no personal data and are retained as statistics.
6. Sharing
We do not sell, rent or trade personal data, we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing, and we do not “sell” or “share” personal information as those terms are defined in US state privacy laws. We disclose information only to service providers who process it on our behalf under contract and on our instructions (our hosting and analytics provider, Cloudflare, and our email provider), to professional advisers bound by confidentiality, where required by law, regulation, legal process or a competent authority, in connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of assets in which case this policy continues to apply, or to protect the rights, safety or property of Corelix, our customers or others.
7. International transfers
Cloudflare operates a global network, so technical data may be processed on servers outside the country you are in, including in the United States. Correspondence you send us may likewise be stored with providers outside your country. Where data leaves the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Israel, we rely on recognised safeguards: Cloudflare’s certification under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework and its UK and Swiss extensions, the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses and the UK International Data Transfer Addendum, or an adequacy decision covering the destination country. You can ask us for details of the safeguard that applies to your data.
8. Security
We apply technical and organizational measures appropriate to the risk, including encrypted connections and restricted access to correspondence. Security researchers can report vulnerabilities to security@corelix.ai, as set out in our security.txt.
9. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of your personal data, to restrict or object to its processing, to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent, and not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights. Because the only personal data we hold about visitors comes from correspondence you have sent us, the simplest way to exercise any of these rights is to email sales@corelix.ai. We respond within the period required by the law that applies to you, and we may ask you to confirm your identity first. You may also lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority: in Israel the Privacy Protection Authority, in the EU the data protection authority of your member state, and in the UK the Information Commissioner’s Office.
10. Third-party links
The Site may link to external websites. We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices, and this policy does not apply to them.
11. Applicable law
We handle personal data in accordance with applicable privacy laws, including the Israeli Protection of Privacy Law, 5741-1981 and the regulations under it, and, where they apply, the EU General Data Protection Regulation, the UK General Data Protection Regulation and the Data Protection Act 2018, and US state privacy laws.

We may update this policy from time to time. The current version is always published on this page with the date of the last update.
