Privacy policy
1. Who we are
This website, corelix.ai (the “Site”), is operated by Corelix (“Corelix”, “we”, “us”). Corelix is responsible for any personal data processed through the Site. Our contact details are at the end of this policy.
2. Scope
This policy explains what information is processed when you visit the Site or contact us, why, on what legal basis, how long we keep it, and the rights you have. It applies to the Site only. The Corelix platform and the services we provide to customers are governed by the agreements we sign with those customers.
3. Information we collect
We do not collect personal data from visitors to the Site. The Site has no accounts, no forms and no registration. Specifically:
- Cookies and tracking. The Site sets no cookies and uses no tracking pixels, advertising identifiers or third-party scripts that profile visitors. There is no cookie banner because there is nothing to consent to.
- Analytics. We use a privacy-preserving, cookieless analytics service to understand overall traffic to the Site. It stores nothing in your browser and does not track individuals across websites. We see only aggregated statistics such as page views, referring sites, browser types and countries.
- Hosting. Our hosting provider processes the technical data needed to deliver the Site securely and to protect it from abuse, such as IP addresses and browser types, as any web host does. This is necessary to operate the Site (legitimate interest). We do not use this data to identify visitors.
- Fonts, images and scripts are served from our own domain, so loading the Site does not call out to third-party services.
4. When you contact us
If you email us, for example at sales@corelix.ai or sales@corelix.ai, we receive the information you choose to send, including your name, email address, organization and the content of your message. We use it to respond, to evaluate and follow up on your request, and, where applicable, to prepare and manage an engagement with your organization. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries and, where relevant, taking steps towards a contract at your request.
5. Retention
Correspondence is kept for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any resulting relationship, and afterwards for as long as required by law or to protect our legal rights. Aggregated analytics contain no personal data and are retained as statistics.
6. Sharing
We do not sell or rent personal data, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing. We share information only with service providers who process it on our behalf under contract, with professional advisers, where required by law or a competent authority, or to protect the rights, safety or property of Corelix, our customers or others.
7. International transfers
Our service providers may process data outside the country you are in. Where data is transferred internationally, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the providers’ standard contractual clauses or equivalent mechanisms.
8. Security
We apply technical and organizational measures appropriate to the risk, including encrypted connections and restricted access to correspondence. Security researchers can report vulnerabilities to sales@corelix.ai.
9. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of your personal data, to restrict or object to its processing, and to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. You may also lodge a complaint with your data protection authority. Because the only personal data we hold about visitors comes from correspondence you have sent us, the simplest way to exercise any of these rights is to email sales@corelix.ai.
10. Third-party links
The Site may link to external websites. We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices, and this policy does not apply to them.
11. Applicable law
We handle personal data in accordance with applicable privacy laws, including the Israeli Protection of Privacy Law, 5741-1981, and, where it applies, the EU and UK General Data Protection Regulation.
12. Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The current version is always published on this page with the date of the last update.
